Practice Information

*Swimmers will need practice suits (NO practicing in meet suits), goggles, and caps for practice. Athletic shoes and workout clothes are necessary for dryland practice days. There are showers available as well for after practice. Please bring toiletries and a towel to clean up before heading back to school.

*Practice facilities are split by Virtual/In-Person learners. MORNING GROUP: Virtual students will practice M/W/F at Raindrop Center at 6am. In-Person students (daily) and Virtual (T/Th) will have drylands at Williams Stadium at 6:30am. AFTERNOON GROUP: Practice remains at Holford Pool.
*A bus will be available to take the swimmers to the pool each day. The bus will be in the GHS front parking lot and will leave for the pool at 5:45am. The bus will also take the students back to school in time for their second class of the day. Shower and changing rooms are available at the pool. Students may be dropped off at the pool instead or riding the bus and should be at the pool by 6am.
